The construction industry is sinking and part of it is the corruption, tendering system, lack of skilled labourers, lack of supervision, funding and cheap labour etc. Most clients lost interest and confidence in the construction companies because the final product is not satisfying and pleasant to the clients, the recently built buildings do not last longer anymore. The tendering system has turned construction industry to a business scheme, there is no passion and love for the construction industry.
EPWP services is one of the portion that lack management and supervision by both private and public sector.
The above findings gave birth to Kranberry Academy which will be in the focal point of labour services offered and will bring back confidence to the construction Industry. We have come to the realization that the construction industry is not an island, but rather it requires the services of other sectors such as health and safety, general labour including housekeeping, PPE, etc. Our aim is to bring everything together, making sure that the standard is maintained in all sectors and aspects in order to successfully restore the confidence in the construction industry.
What will we as the Academy do differently? We will act on behalf of our labourers and will take full responsibility for its services; we will provide hands- on supervision and mentorship to our registered labourers. This will pressure us into ensuring that we are always performing at our best and are proud to take responsibility for our work.
