There are many types of building materials used in the construction industry and ours is to ensure that we compile a list that is best suitable for your building needs. This we do by measuring on site, using the plan you provide to us and by working hand-in-hand with consultants. We provide you with a comprehensive material list and deliver those materials on request.

Train & Up-skill Workforce

Up-skill training has an abundance of advantages. These include an increase in employee motivation and workforce overall ability and competency. This is where we come in, to provide training from the start and as an ongoing process to keep up with changing times and skill demands. We offer General and Construction courses, SMME Development courses, and Health and Safety courses.

*Requirement: minimum of 12 students per course module

Mentorship & Supervision

Our mentorship programme is there to help in the practical process of skills development and competency on the job. We achieve this by assigning an experienced industry specific mentor to each mentee. The mentee is (not limited to) free to ask, ‘pick brain’, and consult; as the mentor pours knowledge and shares the ropes around the required industry. As a result, this will help our mentees gain confidence in their ability to execute their work as compared to their industry peers.
